| Be it enacted ... that the east and west election districts of the township of Fallowfield, in the county of Crawford, shall hereafter be separate and distinct townships, for all purposes, to be called East Fallowfield and West Fallowfield, respectively. That the court of quarter sessions of said county, shall appoint proper persons to ascertain the division line of said township, as now provided by law. |

| Beginning at the corner of the Four Townships thence East by the tract line for the length of one tract thence north by the tract line for the width of two tracts thence west for the length of one tract of land thence South about the breadth of one and a half [sic; should be —] tracts to the the [sic] North East corner of the land of Saml Marshall, thence west by said Marshalls North line to a public road about 160 Perches thence South — width of a tract about (106) perches thence west so far as to include said Marshalls land thence South the width of Marshalls & Hollisters land, thence East to the N W. corner of land of Andrew Blairs heirs thence south by land of said heirs to their SW corner thence thence [sic] east, to the NW corner of of [sic] Hugh F. Blair thence by said Blairs line to his S.W corner, thence East to the N.W. corner of J. Hay thence South by said Hays West line to the S.W. corner, and thence east by Hays south line until you intersect the former line of West Fallowfield all of which we recommend to be taken into and to form & constitute a part of the Township of West Fallowfield.
