| Beginning at the N. E. corner of [Snowhill (now Spring) Twp.], being the N. W. corner of a tract in the name of A. Sweeny; thence south about six miles to the S. W. corner of a tract returned to Peter Scott; thence east about five miles to the S. E. corner of a tract in the name of John Hites; thence north 213 perches to the S. E. corner of a tract in the name of A. Greenlee; thence east one mile to the S. E. corner of a tract in the name of E. Spencer; thence north to the N. E. corner of a tract returned to James Gibson; thence west along the Erie County line to the place of beginning.
