Along the west side of Twp. Rt. 676 near where it intersects U.S. Rt. 198, about one-half mile northwest of the intersection of U.S. Rts. 77 & 198 at Blooming Valley borough, and at the east end of Woodcock Dam lake.

Size: Over 1500 burials, dating from at least the 1840s.

Condition: Good; still in use.
