Be it enacted ... that all that part of North Shenango Township, in Crawford county, lying north of Shenango creek, where said creek leaves the Sadsbury township line, till the said creek touches the farm of Robert Pollock, and thence due west to the Ohio state line, be and the same is hereby erected into a new township to be called Pine ....
25 April 1850 Western part lost to North Shenango Twp. [q.v.]
22 March 1862 Portion incorporated as the borough of Linesville [q.v.]
